Terms of use

Using TierBrain means you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

Playing fair

TierBrain is for fun. Please don’t use scripts or bots to cheat, overload or scrape the site, don’t try to break it or get around how it works, and keep nicknames friendly. We may remove nicknames or scores that are offensive or abusive.

Accuracy

We do our best to get questions and answers right, but we can’t promise they’re always accurate or up to date. Please don’t rely on them for anything important, such as medical, legal or financial decisions. Spotted a mistake? Tell us.

Unofficial fan quizzes

Some quizzes are about sports clubs, leagues, TV shows, music artists and other well-known names. TierBrain is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and nothing here is official. Names are used only to describe what a quiz is about. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners. If you own one and have a concern, please contact us.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, TierBrain’s design, code, games and questions belong to TierBrain. You’re welcome to play and to share links. Please don’t copy, republish or scrape them without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as Buy Me a Coffee. We’re not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your information.

No guarantees

TierBrain is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle information is explained on the privacy page.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and carrying on using TierBrain means you accept the current version.
